Enjoy bed and breakfast with style and grandeur in a seventeenth century Norfolk country house set in a magnificent three quarter acre of mature English walled gardens.

Incleborough House, built in 1687, King James II was on the thrownis a stunning grade II listed country house overlooking the Lower Common in the heart of a small unspoiled fishing village just 300 metres from the beach and sea at East Runton, near Cromer in Norfolk.

East Runton is a small and pretty Victorian seaside village still with its own shops and pubs. It has beautiful surrounding countryside for summer and winter walks plus a lovely two mile beach, sand and sea – both just minutes away.

Nearby Cromer has larger shops, a main line train station to Sheringham and Norwich, a pier with the famous end of pier theatre, fabulous chip shop, wet fish shop and restaurants etc. To the east is the smaller market town of Sheringham with its Little Theatre and Poppy Line Railway. Both Cromer and Sheringham have award-winning beaches. A little further to the east and slightly inland is the historic Georgian market town of Holt with its superb shops, antique galleries, cafes and bistros.

Norwich is just 25 miles away, with its popular airport Exeter 1 hour 10 mins and rail links to the Midlands 2 hours 30 mins and London 1 hour 40 mins.

The sumptuous accommodation in the house comprises 3 spacious bedrooms plus a separate drawing room for the exclusive use of our guests at all times and a large breakfast conservatory. The drawing room has a traditional 'real' fire with no television, just right for relaxing with a home made cream tea.

Each of the bedrooms has its own luxury ensuite, flat screen television with Sky, a stereo system with DVD player, internet access and, of course, tea and coffee making facilities. Both rooms on the first floor have remote controlled gas fires, the Master having a remote controlled LCD television at the end of the bath! Our luxurious Oakleaf Room is on the ground floor and has been discreetely designed and has been awarded 5 Stars plus M2 accessabilty by the Tourist Board.

We are open for 52 weeks per year, and our prices include complimentary afternoon tea in the Drawing Room on your arrival, red and white wine, chocolates, fresh fruit and soft drinks are also provided in your room and a full 'Aga' English breakfast of your choice.

There is a £10.00 prpn surcharge for a single night booking

There is a single occupancy discount of 25% on the prpn prices.
