The living, dining area is open plan with French doors leading to an enclosed outside patio area.

Bedroom one has a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed with a pull out bed underneath.

There is ample off road parking. The cottage has front and back outside areas. There is a beach hut in the garden which children love to play in.

Sheringham is a lovely coastal market town. There are lots of individual shops, putting green, parks,railway line into Norwich and other small towns, steam train, and beaches all nearby.
