Modern, immaculate comfortable cottage in the centre of Old Hunstanton. A stones throw from a good pub and only a few minutes walk from blue flag beach. Sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 double beds and one twin room.

The cottage has an open plan living area with corner sofa, flat screen TV & DVD player.

The kitchen area has granite worksurfaces and a range of modern appliances. There is a downstairs cloakroom.

The Master bedroom has a large en suite shower room. There is one further double bedroom and one twin room.

There is a rear decked patio area with comfortable seating area and dining table.

Old Hunstanton boasts 2 excellent pubs, one is adjacent to the property. There is also the excellent Michelin starred Neptune restaurant.
Old Hunstanton golf course is a short walk from the property with a further excellent course at Brancaster a short drive away.
The renowned bird reserves at Titchwell & Snettisham are close by.
The beaches of Hunstanton & Old Hunstanton are among the safest & best in the country for kitesurfing & windsurfing. Fantastic walks available among dunes and parkland from the front door.
