The Homestead is ideally situated in the rustic flint village of Southrepps. It is a two minute walk to the village shops and pub. Our other property Black Cat Barn neighbours this one making the two ideal for larger parties of 8 to 10.The sandy beaches are 10 minutes by car in 3 directions. The Broads are also within easy reach.
The kitchen has an Aga and a large pine farmhouse table to gather round. It is fully equipped and has dishwasher, washing machine and freezer.French doors lead onto the garden.
The homely snug and lounge both have a TV. The lounge also has Sky+,video and DVD. There is also radio and CD player.

Upstairs there are three delightful and individually furnished double bedrooms.
A lovely spacious bathroom offers bath, separate shower and toilet.
