Separate lounge for guests relaxation.
Breakfast is taken in the dining room overlooking the secluded rear garden in warm weather breakfast may be taken outside.

Our 3 double bedrooms, two with ensuite shower and 1 with private deluxe bathroom, are colour coordinated and offer ample wardrobe and drawer space.

All rooms have TV, hairdryer,tea and coffee facilities. For those caught in the rain we offer drying facilities.

Sorry no pets.

Ample parking, and secure storage for cyclists.

Location

Located in the village of Scottow which is just 9 miles north of the Norwich ring road on a good road network just off the B1150.

There are numerous pubs and restaurants within a short drive.

We are located just a short walk from the home of North Walsham Rugby Football Club 'The Vikings'. www.northwalshamrfc.co.uk

We are close to the market towns of Aylsham 11 miles, North Walsham 4 miles and Holt 23 miles and near many other beautiful villages e.g. Worstead 3 miles once a famous textile and weaving centre which gave it's name to the Worstead cloth, known today for the 14th Century church and festival held on the last weekend in July.

Wroxham, the gateway to the Norfolk Broads is only 3 miles away and offers delightful river trips and you can even hire a day cruiser.
The Norfolk Boads is Britian's largest protected wetland with status equivalent to a National Park and is a beautiful haven for wildlife.
There are Two hundred kilometres of lock-free navigable rivers, woodland, fens and grazing marshes.

Nelsons Norfolk!
Ideal for beaches, coastal walks, bird watching. You can visit his birth place Burnham Thorpe, 40 miles and enjoy a good meal at 'The Nelson' pub .
