Downstairs - bedroom with bunkbeds and ensuite.
Stunning open plan split level fitted kitchen-diner with integrated appliances incl. washing mashine and dishwasher. Dining area has seating for 6.
Large sunny lounge with doors onto courtyard garden with outside seating for 6. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Games. Books.
Welcome basket includes fresh bread, milk, biscuits.
All towels not beach towels and bed linen not cot bedding are provided.

Wells has everthing to offer for a fab traditional seaside holiday on the stunning North Norfolk Coast, from crabbing on the quay at Wells to the stunning beaches at Wells and Holkham. The nature reserve at Titchwell is just a short drive away.
Meander through quaint winding streets where shops, cafes and restaurants are within 2 minutes stroll away.
Great local pubs and restaurants include The Crown and The Globe, both located on The Buttlands in Wells and also The Victoria, owned and run by the Holkham estate.
