From the moment you enter Hartswood Cottage you will realise it is a real 'home from home' comfortably sleeping up to five people.

We purchased this property especially to fulfil a long held dream to own a cottage for holiday letting. Over the years we have seen holiday accommodation of varying qualities and have come to the conclusion that much of it is disappointing.

We wanted Hartswood Cottage to be different

We have worked to our own criteria, treating it as our own home, everything has had to pass our ‘would we be happy with this?’ test. The result we believe is a comfortable and peaceful cottage in which to spend your well earned holiday

The kitchen/diner has an up to date look whilst still retaining the traditional look of a cosy kitchen. Of course it comes fully equipped with everything you would expect in a modern home including electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The dining area is carpeted, with a good sized pine table and padded dining chairs. There is a flatscreen Freeview TV and radio-cd player for your entertainment whilst you dine.

Also on the ground floor is a spacious lounge furnished with a cream leather suite. Here you will find a 32 flat screen Freeview TV and a Freeview+ recorder. You will therefore be able to go out for the evening and return to watch your favourite programme at a time convenient to you. There is also DVD player, VHS recorder and a radio-cd with I-pod dock. You will find games and books and we leave a selection of leaflets on the local attractions for you to plan your days out.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a pine 5ft bed, fitted wardrobes and a pine dressing table.There are also a twin bedded room and single room and they are all furnished to the same high standard. On all the beds you will find luxurious non-allergenic goose down duvets.

The bathroom, which is upstairs, has a power shower over the bath. There is also a downstairs toilet.



The price is fully inclusive, there are no hidden extras. All electricity, bedding, towels and kitchen linen are provided. There is also a payphone in the cottage for your incoming and outgoing calls and broadband accessed through free wifi.

Outside Features

Outside you can relax in the peaceful and secluded garden which in the Summer months has patio furniture with sun umbrella and a bench at the bottom of the garden for you to just sit and enjoy the open countryside views, maybe with a book and a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

To the front of the property you have the use of a garage plus off road parking for two further cars.

Hartswood Cottage is in a peaceful location convenient for Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Blakeney and the National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blickling.
