At Hard Farm we have 3 Gold Award winning barns converted with couples in mind. They all have excellent central heating, which is included within the cost all year round, to keep you warm and cosy for those winter bird-watching holidays. Also included are all linen and towels, including good-sized bath towels! The kitchens are well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, slow cooker etc. Freesat TV reception.
We like to welcome you with fresh flowers and home made scones, with delicious jam made at Wiveton by my mother-in-law. We value our guests and aspire to give them the best accommodation for their holiday, which is why so many of them return again, and again and again .....
Oak Barn is all on one level, making it suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. There is a bath and separate large shower. Beds can either be twin or zipped together to make a 6' wide super-king double.
Beech Barn knows how to pamper you after a long day with its large Jacuzzi bath and beautifully comfortable 6' wide bed!
Ash Barn also has twin or double beds and is full of character. One well-behaved pet is welcome, though we do request that it stays downstairs.
