There is much to do and see within a few miles of Blakeney. Local attractions include the Steam service running on the "Poppy Line" from Holt Station to Sheringham with "Santa Specials" at Christmas, Thursford Steam and Organ Museum, and the Georgian market town of Holt (4 miles inland) has many interesting shops cafes and restaurants and spectacular Christmas lights.
