There is a garden dining area which seats 10 and a pretty summer house.

There is off road parking for at least five cars.

Looking out over the beach huts, golf course and North Sea the house is perfectly situated for enjoying bracing walks in the winter and beach life in the summer.

The house is just 2 minutes walk from Old Hunstanton beach and golf course.
