Ground Floor
• Entrance lobby at both back and front doors.
• Kitchen with dining area - electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking requirements.
• Bathroom - bath, bidet, electric shower and wc.
• Sitting room - comfortable chairs and colour television.


First Floor
• Bedroom 1 with double bed and wash basin.

The location is ideal for sailing, beautiful marshland and coastal walks, golfing, bird watching, visiting Blakeney Point Nature Reserve and the Grey Seal Colony.

It also well placed for visiting Norwich, Holt, Cromer, Sheringham plus several National Trust properties and many other places of interest.

There are good village amenities within easy walking distance. General stores/post office, garage, butcher, 2 pubs and a variety of restaurants.

Sheltered by Blakeney point, the Village of Blakeney is one of the most picturesque in Norfolk. Crabbing off the quay is a popular pastime with children.
In the evening the sun sets over the creek, creating some truly breathtaking views.
Seal trips take holidaymakers to Blakeney Point, although they mostly leave from Morston the neighbouring village along the coast as the channel in Blakeney is now very silted. You can see the seals as they bask on the sand of Blakeney point.
Blakeney regatta takes place on the last weekend in July each year, with hundreds of people coming together to participate in (or just watch) a fantastic array of swimming races, tug-of-war across the creek, and of course the infamous greasy pole competition.

Blakeney is located on the North Norfolk Coast, just North of the small market town of Holt.
This part of the coastline has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty ANOB and the marshes and wide open spaces around Blakeney make it a haven for migratory birds and wildlife.

Blakeney used to be a small port, but is now a quiet village and provides an ideal location for a family holiday. There are two hotels, a number of holiday cottages to rent, and several B&Bs.

The village has a strong identity, and is a thriving and active community. There is a small supermarket, butchers, fishmongers, and chandlers, pubs and a post office as well a range of shops for holidaymakers
