It also well placed for visiting Norwich, Holt, Cromer, Sheringham plus several National Trust properties and many other places of interest.

There are good village amenities within easy walking distance. General storespost office, garage, butcher, 2 pubs and a variety of restaurants.

• Kitchen with dining area - electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking requirements.

• Sitting room - comfortable chairs and colour television.


First Floor
• Bedroom 1 with double bed and wash basin.
• Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

• Heating - electric panel heating throughout, all electricity is inclusive.
• There is an open fire in the sitting room if required and fuel is available in the village.
• Parking for car in the garden.
