Built circa 1842 Grange Farm house is situated at the centre of a working farm and stables with rural views all round.
The accomodation has many period features yet is comfortably modern. The property benefits from central heating and has the additional luxury of a woodburning stove in the kitchen-breakfast room and an open fire to the lounge.
A further feature fireplace is situated in the dining room and looks beautiful with candles alit.The dining room has a large table and seating for 12.
The lounge,28' x 18' approx,leads through into the conservatory and enclosed gardens. The area is abounded by wildlife including Roe deer and is only a quarter of a mile from private fishing lakes,5 miles from the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles from the coast at Cromer, and approx 6 miles from the historical city of Norwichor the Blickling Hall National Trust site.
