Garden Cottage offers thoughtfully designed, easy access, self - catering holiday accommodation, sleeping up to 4 people.

Purpose built in 2003 to a high standard and in full compliance with disabled access building regulations, Garden Cottage comprises a double and a twin bedroom, and being all on one level, is not only ideal for guests with mobility difficulties, but also for families - no stairs for little ones to deal with!


The cottage features a spacious bathroom with overbath shower; well equipped kitchen with usual mod-cons and dishwasher; comfortable lounge with colour TV with Sky free to air channels, DVD player and a small library of family DVDs, WiFi broadband internet access and a dining area. It is light & airy and, as many guests have commented, is well maintained with a high level of cleanliness and comfort, in addition to being wonderfully warm and cosy on a cold day.

Outside, to the front, there is a split level patio area, shielded by mature shrubs, with garden furniture for guests to use and off street parking for one car.

Previously, Garden Cottage was marketed by English Country Cottages and consistently achieved a high rating with them.

All bed linen is provided and beds made up on arrival; gas & electricity are included, as are basic kitchen & bathroom consumables such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll, bleach, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, teacloths, etc, and a welcome tea tray.

A travel cot can be provided for use in double room. It can be used in the twin room but this necessitates removal of a single bed thus reducing capacity. Please note bed linen is not provided for the travel cot.

Strictly no pets & no smoking. Towels are available for hire at £2 per person per break - please indicate this at the time of booking.

Start day is Friday. Short breaks - midweek, Monday to Friday; weekend, Friday to Monday, are available throughout the year but peak weeks are subject to booking restrictions. Please contact us for further details.

Location

Garden Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre and beach. Suffolk Road is a quiet road, situated near the bottom of Holway Road - the main road down into Sheringham from the A148 - and is used by occasional residential traffic.
