Inside the property

The cottage is well equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, TV, DVD player, Freesat TV and WiFi.

On the ground floor there is a cosy lounge - dining room, kitchen and toilet.

On the first floor there is a shower room, 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single, plus a travel cot. The twin room can be made into a large double if required.

All linen is supplied, we only ask you to bring your own towels and tea towels

I am sorry but we DO NOT accept pets and we also have a NO SMOKING policy.

Outside and garden

There is off road parking and a small enclosed south facing rear patio garden.

Fish Hoek cottage is located in the beautiful Wells - next - the - Sea and is a few minutes walk from Staithe Street and the Quay.

If you want something more relaxing, what better than a trip to the beach, which stretches miles towards Holkham, with its sand dunes and colourful beach huts.
Lush pinewoods back the beautiful beach, which makes a splendid walk to Holkham where you could do a spot of bird watching along the way.
