Fieldview is situated in a quiet road, down from the village green and is suitable for abled and less abled people, having full wheelchair access and a number of facilities for the wheelchair user.

The property benefits from full central heating and a wood burning stove, which is situated in the lounge. Fuel, power and a basket of logs is included in the price.

The lounge, with its lovely view, has a DVD player, CD player and a flat screen TV with Freeview box. There is a selection of films, CD's, book and games, including an Xbox with games, for your use.

The kitchen-diner comfortably seats four people and has a range of units with some of the work surfaces being of a lower level,including the hob, oven and sink. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The two double bedrooms consist of a double and twin room. The twin room having one electrically adjustable bed. Both rooms have plenty of storage. All bed linen and towels are included.

The wet room has grab rails for the shower and toilet. A shower chair is available on request.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome at a small additional cost of £10 per dog per week and with agreement of terms included in the booking form.

Changeover day is Saturday, with arrival time of 4pm and leaving time of 10am. It may be possible to change these times. Weekend and short breaks are available.

Outside Features

There is off road parking for three cars at the front of the property whilst the rear enjoys a south facing garden with patio, lawned area, garden furniture and BBQ.

Also, available for hire, are two motorized scooters. One being suitable for road use, whilst the other being smaller, can be dismantled and stored in the boot of a car, for use away from home. Prices on application.

Location

Briston has 2 grocery stores, a bakers, butchers and post office and 2 pubs, all of which are within walking distance from the property. There is an hourly bus service to Kings Lynn and Cromer.

Briston is an ideal base for exploring North Norfolk's coastline and tourist attractions - it is just a short distance from Pensthorpe, home to BBC Springwatch, The Thursford Collection, which is now very popular for its Christmas Spectacular and Cley Marshes where the Norfolk Wildlife Trust has its new visitor centre and it is within easy reach of its capital town of Norwich, with its fine cathedral and excellent shopping.
