The centrally heated accommodation comprises: downstairs entrance hall, leading to open plan living area with wooden flooring; fitted kitchen, with island unit and wooden worktops, butlers sink, range cooker, dishwasher, washer dryer etc; dining area with table seating 6; living area with woodburning stove, flat screen TV, Sky, DVD player, broadband, comfortable seating etc. Triple doors lead out to the sunny, west facing terrace and lawned garden. The White Horse and Jolly Sailors at Brancaster Staithe, The Hoste at Burnham Market, Marco Pierre White's eateries - The Lifeboat and Coachhouse at Thornahm are within easy reach.
