Fern Cottage is a delightful B&B, tucked away, close to the town centre. Comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts. Rooms are available from a minimum of 2 nights.
Fern Cottage has private parking, which is really convenient in this busy holiday town.
Ground-floor ensuite wetroom; upstairs ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious with king-size brass beds.
Sorry, Fern Cottage is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Come and enjoy tea and home-made cake on your arrival and for those that are too late and the sun has gone down we are happy to supply a glass of wine...
Rates:
· Room Rate: excluding July, August and September £70.00 per room per night minimum of two nights but one night at my discretion with a supplement of £5; weekly stays are discounted. July, August and September rates are £80 per room per night, again with minimum of two nights.
· Single rate: £60.00 per night when available minimum 2 nights

Off-street parking; gardens to front and rear
