Falcon Cottage is a delightful oasis from 21st century pressures, built in local brick and flint dating back to 1750. This charming cottage sits in grounds of half an acre and uniquely offers three bedroom two bathroom accommodation with beamed sitting room, brand new large kitchen with high quality appliances, a vaulted dining room, cloakroom and separate sculleryutility room.

The cottage was substantially extended with reclaimed materials during 2008 & 09 and now combines the very best of old and new including large kitchen with integrated appliances, underfloor heating, wireless broadband, decorated throughout with classic wallpapers, Farrow and ball paints, brand new carpets, and lovingly furnished with antique furniture and iron bedsteads. And yes is dog friendly - despite two white sofas!

This stunning property sits in extensive lawned gardens with small orchard, two paved terraces, covered well and a summerhouse with veranda overlooking open countryside. To the rear the grounds back onto a bridle path giving direct access to numerous walks across open fields and down towards the village of Overstrand with its expansive unspoilt beaches and local facilities including shop, post office, hotel and award winning gastropub.
