Very spacious, comfortable, well fitted out family house with stunning views. Stands in over an acre of land which extends down to the salt marshes and harbour. Most of the windows are double glazed. An excellent area for bird watching, painting, sailing, golf and watching wonderful skies and sunsets. Nearby there are miles of lovely unspoilt sandy beaches and plenty of opportunities for hiring bikes, boats, sailing lessons,trips to watch seals, nature reserves, waterskiiing, tennis. There is a small supermarket and very good shop selling local fish within walking distance. Two good pubs in the village one with a very good restaurant is next to the house. Plenty of off road parking. One dog permitted DOWNSTAIRS Large SITTINGROOM - open fire, TV. Patio doors to enclosed courtyard with garden tables and chairs. Well-equipped KITCHEN with gas cooker, microwave, plenty of cupboards. UTILITY ROOM with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, frig/freezer, double sink and leading to enclosed covered outside area for muddy boots, wet dogs etc. DINING ROOM SUN ROOM CLOAKROOM with WC Twin bedded BEDROOM with shower and WC UPSTAIRS 4 BEDROOMS two double bedded rooms, one twin bedded room, one bedroom with 3 beds (2 beds in this room are only 2'6" wide) 2 BATHROOMS both with WC's Enclosed BALCONY overlooking the harbour Gas and Electricity included Duvets and pillows included Linen can be provided @ £9 per person. Towels not provided OUTSIDE Small fenced garden (not completely dog proof) Orchard Brick built barbecue Large grassy area for kicking footballs around, parking dinghies/cars.
