The house is available all year and let by the week starting Fridays.Short breaks are available but not during school holidays

Location
Stands in over an acre of land which extends down to the salt marshes and harbour. Most of the windows are double glazed.
An excellent area for bird watching, painting, sailing, golf and watching wonderful skies and sunsets.
Nearby there are miles of lovely unspoilt sandy beaches and plenty of opportunities for hiring bikes, boats, sailing lessons,trips to watch seals, nature reserves, waterskiing, tennis.
There is a small supermarket and very good shop selling local fish bread and fresh local vegetables within walking distance.
Two good pubs in the village one with a very good restaurant is next to the house.
