There is no back garden but there is Direct access to the coastal path + sea (approx 50m) where there is a bench perfect for watching the boats and the big blue sky go by.

The cotatge is within walking Distance or a 5mins drive to Beach at Brancaster & The stunning Royal West Norfolk Golf Club - Links course at Brancaster - surrounded by beach and salt marsh- and to harbour with Sailing courses, sailing/ motor boats/ & kayaks for hire.

Coast/Beach
There are fabulous Sand dune lined wide beaches on the coast - Brancaster Beach is a 40min walk or 5min drive from the cottage.
The beautiful Holkham beach is only 15min.
