A beautiful property formally a pottery has been lovingly restored by the owners. Full of character and tastefully furnished, the Doll's House sits with its own garden area in the grounds of the owners home.

The cottage offers two bedrooms.

On the ground floor is a sitting dining area with wood burner and a kitchen with stable door leads to a cottage garden.

There is a shower room with wc and a ground floor single bedded room.

Steep winding stairs lead to the first floor where a lovely double bedroom can be found. Linen duvets and towels are included.

The Vernon Arms is an excellent country pub serving good food and real ales.

Also close is the tiny railway station of Gunton, with mainline services to Sheringham and Norwich.

Cromer 4 miles boasts traditional seaside attractions including end of pier theatre, and there are lovely beaches at Mundesley Sheringham and West Runton

To the South, the fascinating waterways of The Norfolk Broads can be explored in hired boats.

Southrepps is situated 2 miles from the sandy beach at Trimingham and just 5 miles South of the seaside town of Cromer.
It is a pretty village in beautiful countryside with several mapped walks, and has a common designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Southrepps has two shops and a pub - The Vernon Arms - which also serves food. Southrepps has an annual village fayre and is a thriving village - a great place to visit for a holiday.
