A spacious layout offers two sitting rooms of which one is a very social space just off the kitchen and the second one at the other end of the house has the original enormous inglenook fireplace with a large squashy sofa and soft ambient lighting.

A particularly well thought out space, the modern fitted kitchen with island unit is open plan to the dining area and then down a couple of steps to the spacious family room with a large ‘L’ shaped sofa and flat screen TV. From here a small flight of stairs leads into a games room which has a table football.

Beautifully presented the first floor double room has some marsh views and a super ensuite with a roll top bath in the bedroom.

There is a further double room and lastly the twin room which is a smaller, cosy room with the family bathroom next door.

Outside and garden

Outside is a Westerly facing sun trap garden, mostly lawned and very well sheltered with a patio area and garden furniture. The parking space is located at the bottom of the garden.

PLEASE NOTE: the parking is undercover in a low roofed cart shed so take care when parking taller vehicles.
