The perfect hideaway! Cockleshell Cottage is a newly built, mid-terrace flint cottage which has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable, luxurious & easy as possible.

DOWNSTAIRS

KITCHEN / DINING ROOM
The newly fitted kitchen comprises of electric oven & hobs, microwave, large fridgefreezer, dishwasher, radio and washing machine.
It has a large open plan dining area with an oak table & 6 chairs. A highchair is available upon request.
A flask, picnic rug, cool box & welcome pack are provided for our guests to enjoy.

DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM
Comprising of a washbasin & toilet.

SITTING ROOM
This cosy room consists of a sumptuous sofa, armchair, oak coffee table & bean bags. A large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD Player, a collection of books and selection of children's toys, games & puzzles.
The french doors lead out into the enclosed back garden & patio area which enjoys a lovely rural view across open fields.

UPSTAIRS

All the rooms have been decorated & furnished in white with beach scenes to create a relaxed and tranquil ambiance.

BEDROOM 1
This has a luxurious superking bed, with an ensuite shower room, including a toilet & basin, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
BEDROOM 2
This comprises of 2 single wooden beds, a wardobe and a chest of drawers.
BEDROOM 3
This consists of children's bunk beds and a chest of drawers.

A travel cot & stairgate are available upon request.

HOUSE BATHROOM
This white bathroom suite is newly fitted and consists of a bath, toilet & washbasin.

Friday change over day. Regrettably no pets. No smoking.

Outside and garden

OUTSIDE
The 2 small gardens are fully enclosed and well cared for. The front garden is pebbled, whilst the back garden has a small patio area & lawn looking out across open fields.

There are 2 off road parking spaces to the rear of the property.

It is perfectly located for exploring the amazing diversity of this enchanting coastline throughout the whole year.

Only 4 miles from the beautiful Brancaster Beach and approx. 5 miles from the charming Georgian village of Burnham Market, it is the ideal place from which to discover the endearing qualities of this area, from its stunning beaches to its unforgettable coastal walks & wildlife.

Just a short walk from the invaluable Village Shop, Doctors Surgery, Pub, Children's Playground, Tennis Courts and Fish & Chip Shop.
