The Classic Copper-Roofed Summerhouse Company is a small business, based on the North Norfolk Coast, specialising in traditional Summerhouses & Gazebos. We aim to inspire and delight you with our individually hand crafted buildings.

Summerhouses & Gazebos with Copper Roofs, made to your specification from our range of classic designs. Roofed in copper, and constructed in oak, treated softwoods or cedar, they will enhance your garden for a lifetime.

We offer a personal custom built service and can design variations on the theme of each of our buildings to suit you and your garden.

Our buildings follow classic architectural designs and incorporate features from years past. The buildings are constructed from oak, cedar or softwood, according to your preference.

The roof covering is copper sheet, which has been treated to provide an instant weathered copper green patina. The ceiling will be either oak or cedar boarding.

Many old skills and techniques are used in the production of a building, giving great satisfaction to customer and tradesman alike. For instance, the timbers are jointed together using traditional mortise and tenon joints, dowel pegs, copper nails and brass screws.
