Recently fully renovated the cottage provides very comfortable and well equipped accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION
• Fully fitted kitchen diner, cosy beamed living room from which a narrow staircase winds up to the double bedroom. A communicating door leads to single bedroom which in turn leads to the shower room-wc.
• There is a gas burning stove in the living room. Electric heaters in all rooms.
• Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge. Colour TV-DVD-CD player. Digital Radio.
Please note:- THE STAIRCASE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH CERTAIN MOVEMENT DIFFICULTIES.
Short breaks from September to June. £120 2 nights - weekend arrive Friday depart Sunday afternoon - or midweek - to £220 4 nights.

Inclusive all gas, electricity and bed linen. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

This charming brick and flint cottage is located in a delightful rural setting in a small courtyard overlooking the Lower Common yet only a few minutes walk from the beach.
East Runton has safe, sandy beaches and offers 2 pubs, tearooms, a Greek restaurant, fish & chip shop and a variety of small shops.
There are many excellent walks nearby including Peddars Way, the North Norfolk Coast and several short circular walks direct from the cottage.
North Norfolk offers a host of activities with many National Trust properties, bird watching, steam railways, Cromer pier, zoos and much more.
