Church Cottage is part of a Grade Two listed Manor House in a quiet and tranquil part of the village. It is calm and spacious, simply furnished and has a cosy double sided woodburner. Stripped floors upstairs and beams downstairs add to its considerable country charm and character.

It is also perfect for families with its spaciousness and lovely walled natural cottage garden.


Upstairs-

Three gorgeous large bedrooms - 2 Kingsize and one Double bedded room. Two overlook the church and rural views.
There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower over and toilet.


Downstairs-

Cosy but spacious open plan living area with double sided woodburner. There is a Victorian day bed providing alternative sleeping for someone who may have trouble with the fairly steep stairs.

Downstairs Toilet

Fully equipped contemporary kitchen with door to the peaceful garden.

Quietly spoken and well behaved dogs are very welcome.

Church cottage has a lovely walled natural and peaceful cottage garden.

There is parking for two cars in the driveway.

It faces Northrepps beautiful country church and churchyard and is in a loke of cottages just off one of the quiet lanes leading into the village.

It is close to many public footpaths and bridleways making it a perfect base for walking and birdwatching.
