Jenny and her family are delighted to welcome you to their 'Home from Home' Traditional Bed and Breakfast Establishment.
Jenny prides herself on her high standards, being professionally trained at Norwich Hotel School and prides herself on the relaxed atmosphere at Chimneys where she aims to please.
Now having traded for over nine years and with many more years catering experience behind her, she feels confident that she knows what you want and value.

All rooms are kept scrupulously clean and well decorated and breakfast is always sourced locally using organic produce where available and made to order when you want it.

Having lived in this local area since Jenny was seven years old and Richard, her husband,all his life, they know plenty about the local area and are only too happy to help.

Transport from train station can be arranged.
Bikers welcome, double garage to lock away your bike if desired. Well behaved dogs most welcome at no charge.

Discounts for longer stays may be available regarding double occupancy rooms at certain times of the year.
On weekends in July and August we take 2 night bookings only. Bank Holiday weekends minimum two night booking.

Awarded Highly Commended status by the AA January 2010- 2011.

Establishment awarded a high level assessment for evening meal provision.
Home cooked evening meals available by prior arrangement. Local organic produce used when available. Packed lunches a pleasure.

Wireless Broadband available in all rooms free of charge.

Outside Features

Tea is always on offer in the garden which is half acre in size and nicely secluded in the summer and Breakfast can be taken on the upstairs south facing balcony when the weather allows.
There is plenty of off-road parking.

Location

Very conveniently placed for the railway station, Chimneys is very accessible to all nationwide and has good transport links to local places of interest. It is only five minutes walking distance from the town centre.
