ACCOMMODATION


GROUND FLOOR
The entrance hall leads to:
· Sitting/Dining Room: Comfortable with an open fire, you can relax in this room with TV, DVD & Video, mini hifi. Reclaimed Pine dining table seats 6, and you get wonderful views from the window seat out of the picture window
· Kitchen: This is a spacious area with French doors leading to a private south facing patio with new garden furniture seating 6 persons. The kitchen has granite worktops and is well equipped with quality modern appliances: electronic washer/dryer washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge+freezer, electric 'Neff' cooker and hob.
There are a table and chairs seating 6
· Shower Room: The downstairs shower room has a newly fitted Matki power shower with 'rain bars', WC and pedestal hand basin.
· Study/TV Room: This cosy room has a comfortable sofa, TV, writing desk and open fire with coal provided.
· Bedroom One: Pine double bed with chest of drawers and wardrobe.
· Bedroom Two: Pine twin-beds with bedside cabinets, pine wardrobe and original exposed beams.
Option:can take from Bedroom 2 a single bed to study to give fourth bedroom

UPSTAIRS
The upstairs suite is spectacular with Master Double Bedroom giving stunning views over the countryside. The bedroom has original "peg" exposed beams and is furnished with a king-sized bed,crisp cotton sheets, chest of drawers, bedside tables,lamps and built in wardrobe.
There is a family bathroom with WC, hand basin set in cabinet, bidet, Victorian style roll-top bath with mixer shower.

OUTSIDE
There are large enclosed gardens to the front and rear of property with plenty of parking space. Secluded***"Sun-trap"***Patio area at rear with table,chairs & umbrella + BBQ -(see photo).
Also large shed available to store cycles,dinghys etc

OTHER INFORMATION
· For young children we can provide a Cot +2 highchairs and a stairgate, and a babysitter available on request.Also small sand pit in garden.

** please note the Barn is situated between a house and cottages and does not form part of an "estate of Barns" !
· Oil fired central heating is included in the rental price.
· Off-road parking
· Dogs welcome @ £15 per week extra
· Linen provided (not towels)
