Inside the property

Bramblings is available all year round and can sleep up to 6 + cot.

The ground floor consists of porchway leading into good sized hall with room for shoes and coats and downstairs loo. There is a television and DVD player in the lounge and 2 large comfortable sofa's.

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a double sized sofa bed. The kitchen has fitted units, electric oven and gas hob,fridge and microwave and leads into the conservatory/dining room.

The conservatory has table and chairs that seat six and leads into the garden

Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed, double wardrobe, dressing table, locker and room for a travel cot. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers.

The property is heated by gas central heating.
Regrettably no pets.

There is a Non Smoking policy at Bramblings for the courtesy of other guests.

Outside and garden

There is a beautiful secluded garden,with a decking area and picnic bench.

Bramblings has Off Street Parking - a real bonus in this bustling holiday town.

Surrounding area

Located just off the Buttlands in the town centre it is only a 5 minute walk to to the quayside, and two minutes into the town of Wells-next-the-sea.
