BRACKEN HILL LODGE - HOLIDAY RETREAT

Bracken Hill Lodge is a timber bungalow set on a wooded hillside above the coastal resort of Sheringham, having glimpses of the sea through the trees. Accessed by an unmade road it is set in 3 acres of garden providing an idyllic setting in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The ultimate in peace and tranquility.
The gardens are a delight in spring with rhododendron walks, bulbs and natural woodland areas carpeted with bluebells. The lawns, shrubberies and formal beds are pretty in summer and in the low season the abundance of pine trees and evergreens provide an almost alpine setting. There is a private gate in the garden from which one can walk through the woods to Sheringham in approx 20 minutes.

North Norfolk is a Heritage coast line, a delight for bird watchers, walkers and family holidays. The County capital of Norwich is 28 miles to the south. The stately homes of Felbrigg, Holkham and Houghton are within easy distance.

The Lodge is on a fairly steep slope, whilst steps can be avoided the lodge is not recommended for wheelchair users.
