This charming and very comfortable cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of North Norfolk, the broads and the coast. The cottage is situated 'end-on' to the road, 2 miles from Cromer and 1 mile from Felbrigg Hall & Park. The nearest shop, pub and post office are 2 miles away.

Originally part of the Felbrigg estate, Boundary Farm Cottage is a detached brick and flint property with character features such as exposed beams and brickwork, pamment floors and latch doors. There is a large inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and central heating. It is an ideal 'home from home' at any time of the year and children are welcome.

Bright and sunny conservatory with underfloor heating which leads into well-equipped kitchen and dining area with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment.
Spacious sitting room with TV & DVD and wood burning stove in inglenook.
Steep stairs to three bedrooms - one double, one small single bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a child's bed for child up to 10 years. There are duvets on the beds and bed linen is included. Travel cot and highchair available.
Bathroom with shaver point and electric shower over bath.

There is an enclosed sunny garden and lawn with garden furniture and plenty of space for children to 'let off steam'. There is enclosed parking in the driveway for several cars.

All electricity, central heating and bed linen are included in the price, please bring own towels
