Only a few minutes walk from the town centre and all the holiday amenities, promenade and beach, this superb first floor flat is ideal for a small family holiday.

The converted Victorian large,terraced town house, has been modernised throughout into attractive holiday flats with electric heating and is fully carpeted.

The accommodation comprises communal entrance into the ground floor hallway with rear door access to the communal patio and parking area.

Staircase to first floor and 'Boston View'.

There is a spacious lounge with bay window, high ceilings, feature picture rail and wonderful sea views.

The lounge has ample seating including a double bedsettee and freeview colour tv and dvd player. Door through to the kitchen breakfast room having modern fitted units, electric hob and double oven, microwave, fridge and washerdryer.

The accommodation also comprises an attractive double bedroom with ample storage and a second bedroom with a single bed and a smaller pull out single bed.

The bathroom comprises toilet and bath with an electric shower over the bath.

Bed linen hire is available at £5 per person per week. Towels and tea-towels are not supplied. All fuel included in weekly prices.
