Inside the property

The cottage has been very recently refurbished and features an open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with a real fire, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine.

The cottage runs off gas central heating. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge freezer, microwave, double oven and iron.

The dining area comfortably seats six. The sitting area has two sofas one of which is a double sofa bed and a flat screen TV and DVD player.
You will find a library of DVDs, books and games for you to enjoy during your stay.

Children are welcome and catered for – we have a travel cot and high chair, and as the cottage is single story there are no stairs to consider! The outside area is decked and fenced with access from the front and back via two gates, both of which have bolts at the top to keep small children safely inside.

Pets: Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement – there is a £10 charge. We would be grateful if dogs were kept out of the bedrooms at all times.

The property is non smoking.

Week rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months, but during the winter we are flexible to allow for long weekend breaks

Outside and garden

There is an enclosed and partially covered courtyard with garden furniture and a BBQ and there is off-road parking at the back of the cottage for one car. Next to the property, just off the road is a lay-by, where there is always plenty of free parking available.
