BLUEBELL COTTAGE is ground level accomodation. It has wider doorways and a wetroom with a bathchair and it suitable for the ambulant disabled visitor.

KITCHEN: Spacious galley style kitchen, well equipped with washing machine, fridge/small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.

WETROOM: With Wc and basin, fully tiled wet area suitable for the less abled guest.There is a bath chair in the wetroom.

SITTING ROOM: Comfortable, airy room with vaulted ceiling. Two leather sofas, pine sideboard, TV with Freeview and DVD player. Dining table and chairs. French doors to garden with views of church. Selection of books, DVD's and games.

BEDROOM 1: Double bed with side tables, lamps and hairdryer. Hanging area for clothes.

BEDROOM 2: Single bed with wardrobe.

BEDLINEN IS PROVIDED.

Outside and garden

Pretty cottage style garden surrounded by a carstone wall. There is a large paved parking area for one car, which allows easy access to front door.
Views to the church and lovely sunsets are also provided.
Bluebell Cottage has a shared access with Briar Cottage, but both cottages have private parking. The cottages can be rented seperately or together, with a 10% discount.

Bluebell Cottage is on ground level, it has hard standing parking for one car right outside the property entrance, it has wider doorways and a wet room, which makes it suitable for the less abled guest.

Surrounding area

Bluebell Cottage is set in the conservation village of Heacham and is a wonderful base for a holiday.

Heacham is a thriving village. There are 3 pubs, an Indian restaurant, a Chinese takeaway, a fish and chip shop, as well as a selection of other interesting shops, that are within walking distance.

There are two golf courses, one is a 2 minute drive and the other a 5 minute drive.
