Norfolk Blakeney Point Sailing & Norfolketc

The RYA courses span from beginner to advanced levels for adults and children. Timings are subject to the tides but we have other activites available for children including Tennis coaching and lessons, outdoor challenges, orienteering and much more.

Powerboat courses are available all year round again from beginner to advanced levels. Our professional instructors will ensure that your time with us gives you new skills, high confidence and safety awareness.

Norfolk Oyster tuition and charter is just for you and your friends and family. All bookings are exclusive and this is by far the best way to see the harbour. Picnics form the high quality local delicatessen are available and breakfast and supper runs to the Cley Mill are a rare treat.

Theory courses tend to happen through the winter and include. VHF DSC, Day Skipper Theory, Yachtmaster Theory, First Aid, Radar, Diesel Maintainence.

Blakeney is located on the North Norfolk Coast, just North of the small market town of Holt.

This part of the coastline has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty ANOB and the marshes and wide open spaces around Blakeney make it a haven for migratory birds and wildlife.

Blakeney used to be a small port, but is now a quiet village and provides an ideal location for a family holiday. There are two hotels, a number of holiday cottages to rent, and several B&Bs.

The village has a strong identity, and is a thriving and active community. There is a small supermarket, butchers, fishmongers, and chandlers, pubs and a post office as well a range of shops for holidaymakers – please follow the links to access local information.

Blakeney is popular with dinghy sailors, bird watchers and walkers, and you can get a real feel for the area by taking a trip to Blakeney Point to see the seals.
