The accommodation comprises of two large sitting rooms downstairs one with breath taking coastal views and a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room. There is also a downstairs loo and shower.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms one double and two twin, there is also a large family bathroom.

The cottage is centrally heated has dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer as well as TV,Video DVD and Stereo - WiFi is also now available
There is plenty of off road parking available both for cars and boats.
The cottage is within easy walking distance of the local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Outside Features

Blackhorse cottage has a large fully enclosed garden of 1/2 acre with direct access to the coastal path and marshes beyond. A BBQ is available.

There is also plenty of off road parking for cars and Boats.

The garden is a real bonus for families with children or dogs as it offers plenty of space for games and letting off steam, whilst enjoying fabulous views and being secure.

At low tide it is possible to walk out to Scolt Head Island.

The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard and has a lovely fully enclosed one acre garden with direct access to the coastal path and marshes beyond leading to the beach.

Blackhorse cottage is situated right in the middle of Brancaster Staithe within easy walking distance of many local amenities.

There are tennis courts opposite at the village hall, and both the Jolly Sailors Pub and the Whitehorse are only a stroll down the road.

There is a delightful local fishmonger, post office and well equipped supermarket plus some lovely shops and a delightful cafe at Deepdale also all within walking distance of the cottage.

Brancaster staithe is a wonderful example of a North Norfolk seaside village. The harbour here services the local fishing industry, and mussels and oysters are grown.
The Jolly Sailor pub and the White Horse restaurant are great places to eat, and the village also has a couple of shops and a garage, making it a great place to visit.
You can sail safely in the large harbour between the Staithe and Scolt Head, or the more competent out to sea over the bar.
There is also the nearby Royal West Norfolk Golf Club, perfect for anybody who fancies a round during their visit. Just around the coast from Brancaster Staithe is the picturesque seaside town of Burnham Overy Staithe and the Scolt Head Island nature reserve.
