Beeches is a modern ground floor flat ideal for a family holiday with off street parking available for one car in a car park at the rear.
At the front there is a small patio area and a large grassed area for children to play or for sunbathing. The safe sandy beach is less than 100m away & the town centre and all the amenities are approximately a 10 minute walk away.

The property is fully double glazed and carpeted throughout with electric heating in all rooms and comprises:-

• Entrance door into lounge/dining room with comfortable seating and dining furniture. Small open plan kitchen with 4 plate hob, combination microwave/fan-oven/grill and fridge with freezer compartment. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment.

• One double bedroom with a 4ft 6 standard size double bed. Wardrobe with ample hanging and drawer storage space sleeps 2.
• Second bedroom with one set of standard 3ft bunk beds and one single bed, which is 2ft 6” wide sleeps 3. Built in wardrobe with ample hanging and shelf space.
• The bedrooms are equipped with standard size quilts, pillows, blankets.
• Shower room with an electric shower, washbasin, and shaver point, and a separate WC.
• A storage cupboard leads off the lounge equipped with - iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture and a windbreak.
• The lounge is equipped with a colour TVVideo, Freeview Digital and a radio cassette.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils required.
• The following items are supplied for your children/babies - travel cot, play pen, high-chair, safety gate for the front door, baby bath, potty, plastic mug, plate, bowl and cutlery. The travel cot fits into the main bedroom at the foot of the bed. The cot is supplied with 1 cellular blanket.
• All electricity is included in the booking price.
