The detached farmhouse with annexe is situated close to the villages of Mundford and Northwold so all amenities are within easy reach. With roughly an hours drive to the coast and being on the edge of Thetford Forest there is plenty of things to see and do throughout your holiday.

The property is furnished to a high quality throughout, on the ground floor the property has a spacious sitting room with an open fire and TV. There is a large, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, patio doors to the conservatory, a stanley range and an electric cooker. The utility room is also on this floor, a seperate toilet, games room, second conservatory with Sauna and a single Bedroom.

One the first floor is a double bedroom with 6ft bed and a single sofabed; this bedroom also benefits from an Ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, shower, toilet and underfloor heating. There are 3 further bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and a single room with an additional pull out bed. One of the twin rooms also benefits from a TV. Finally there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The annexe has an open plan living room and kitchen with TV. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a shower room with toilet and underfloor heating.
