Bailey's barn has an attractive open plan living area with comfortable seating, colour 28” TV, freeview, DVD player, music system, wood burning stove. There is a dining area with table and chairs and a modern,fully equipped kitchen including gas hobs, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, conventional and microwave ovens. There is a wet room style bathroom with high pressure shower, washbasin, and w.c.
On the beamed first floor gallery there is a double bed and room for a cot or foldaway bed if required.
Entrance is via the shared courtyard garden. There is plenty of parking space on the private lane leading to the barns.
Also provided are towels, bed linen, a welcome tray of food, books, games, and a selection of DVDs.
The area is very quiet and rural, ideal for cycling and walking. Walk around the lake at Wolterton Hall or across the fields and across Blickling Park to Blickling Hall, birthplace of Ann Boleyn. Walking in the other direction takes you across fields and through orchards to the village green in Aldborough where you can enjoy a pint of beer while watching village cricket. The Saracen's Head, offering gourmet pub food, is just 15 minutes away.
