A beautifully-renovated cottage suitable for a romantic short break for 2 or for a family group or friends. A very well-equipped kitchen; large lounge with comfy sofas, TV and stereo; ensuite to the double bedroom; master bathroom for the 2 twin bedrooms;all bedrooms have TVs; a pretty,enclosed garden.

PLUS - a free welcome pack including: a bottle of wine, fruit, milk, biscuits, and tea and coffee.

PLUS - a free breakfast basket for the first morning of your stay to include a freshly-baked loaf of bread, a jar of locally-made jam/marmalade and 6 fresh, free-range eggs.

The Cottage is non-smoking and not suitable for pets.

Outside and garden

The pretty, enclosed front garden is an ideal place to relax and is also safe for young children. A perfect place to have your barbecue.

Surrounding area

There are child-friendly beaches a short drive away and more rugged ones with sand dunes a little further south. The Broads are close with all the activities that they offer and the City of Norwich is quite close by - plenty for both adults and children to enjoy.
