Large bright and airy lounge / diner, south facing with patio doors opening onto the garden, a sofa bed provides sleeping for two; large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.

Double bedroom with a king size bed, adjoining en-suite shower room;

Spacious twin room adjacent to the family bathroom;

Facilities include : TVs with Freeview, CD Player, DVD, Gas Hob, Gas Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Central Heating, Wifi for Internet Access, High Chair, Travel Cot with Mattress (please bring your own linen for this).

Apple Trees has a glazed porch and wide hallways;

Linen provided, please bring your own towels.

The garden contains some fruit trees, plus a patio area complete with BBQ and garden furniture.

Off road parking for two cars (one garaged).

Surrounding area

Located on the South side of Holt, the town centre is a level 10 minute walk away.

Apple Trees is situated in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac. The south facing enclosed garden has a completely open aspect looking towards Holt Country Park.
