The delightful two bedroom cottage has been tastefully decorated and comprises of a large kitchen diner with double doors leading to a sunny, enclosed courtyard with barbecue. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. There is a separate spacious lounge, downstairs toilet and washroom.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Holt is a picturesque, bustling North Norfolk town. There is a fantastic variety of shops to visit here, almost all of which are unique, independent local businesses.

There is a wealth of boutique clothes shops, several Art Galleries and gift shops as well as cafes, restaurants and bars.

Holt is perhaps at its most attractive over the Christmas period, when the award winning Christmas lights transform the town into a veritable winter wonderland.

Holt Country park has some great walks, and is situated just outside the town.

The Poppy Line, part of the North Norfolk Steam Railway runs from here to the popular seaside town of Sheringham, and just down the hill Letheringsett Watermill offers working viewings of the only flour producing watermill in Norfolk.
