Admirals Hill is very spacious. The house has a large kitchen/dining room, three twin bedrooms, bathroom WC, shower room WC, + 3rd separate WC. one extra foldup bed is available in the house.

The upstairs sitting room has comfortable cane furniture, and the large windows provide a panoramic view of the whole of Blakeney Point.

Available all the year round, Admirals Hill is suitable for family holidays, birdwatchers and 'getting-away-from-it-all'.Short winter breaks available.

ACCOMMODATION
Downstairs :
· Utility room, with oil fired boiler, washing machine, drying rack and coat pegs.
· Kitchen/Dining room. Kitchen equipment includes fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker and electric AGA.

Walk-in larder.


The dining area has a large table, a sofa and chairs and TV.
· Bedroom 1 Two single beds and fitted cupboards, with a view over the garden. Storage heater.
· Bedroom 2 Two single beds, fitted cupboards and morning sun. Wall Heater
· Bathroom Loo, shower and basin. Radiator.
· Separate Loo and wash hand basin.


The stairs have a good handrail on either side, and lead to the upstairs landing :-

Upstairs :
· Bedroom 3 has two single beds, fitted cupboards. Morning and afternoon sun. Storage radiator.
· Bathroom 2 Bath, basin and loo. Immersion heater and airing cupboard. Radiator and storage heater
· Living room, Comfortable cane chairs and leg rests!, a concealed fridge and sink and TV. There are picture windows and a large balcony which looks out over the garden, saltmarshes, estuary and Blakeney Point. Radiator and storage heater.


THE SUMMERHOUSE

The south facing summerhouse is available to rent as extra accommodation.
It contains two beds, storage radiator ,hot and cold water and a WC.
With the summerhouse there is outdoor table tennis.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Electricity and heating are included in the hire charge.
Bed linen is provided. But guests are asked to bring their own towels.
Arrival and departure times, are Friday pm to Friday 12noon. During the winter, from November to March, more flexibility is given, as the house is available for short breaks.
Cleaning: Please leave the house as clean and tidy as possible as there is only a limited time for the housekeeper to prepare for the next let.
Hire charges are set out on the enclosed leaflet, and a deposit of one third of the rate is required on booking with the balance being due one month before your holiday begins.
Cancellations will be charged at the full rate unless eight weeks notice is given or the owners are able to re-let.
The use of the house and gardens are entirely at the users risk and no responsibility will be taken by owners for loss or damage to users and their belongings.

Well behaved and clean pets are very welcome

Outside Features

The porch and front door lead to the small front garden, which is well fenced, and weather permitting, a real suntrap.

The rear garden is very large and sheltered full of flora, fauna and wildlife.

Ample Parking for 4 cars is within the grounds.

Admirals Hill is a very spacious house, situated close to the Coastal path and only a short walk from the Quay.

Sheltered by Blakeney point, the Village of Blakeney is one of the most picturesque in Norfolk. Crabbing off the quay is a popular pastime with children.
In the evening the sun sets over the creek, creating some truly breathtaking views.
Seal trips take holidaymakers to Blakeney Point, although they mostly leave from Morston the neighbouring village along the coast as the channel in Blakeney is now very silted. You can see the seals as they bask on the sand of Blakeney point.
Blakeney regatta takes place on the last weekend in July each year, with hundreds of people coming together to participate in (or just watch) a fantastic array of swimming races, tug-of-war across the creek, and of course the infamous greasy pole competition.

Blakeney is located on the North Norfolk Coast, just North of the small market town of Holt.
This part of the coastline has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty ANOB and the marshes and wide open spaces around Blakeney make it a haven for migratory birds and wildlife.

Blakeney used to be a small port, but is now a quiet village and provides an ideal location for a family holiday. There are two hotels, a number of holiday cottages to rent, and several B&Bs.

The village has a strong identity, and is a thriving and active community. There is a small supermarket, butchers, fishmongers, and chandlers, pubs and a post office as well a range of shops for holidaymakers
