Just off Freeman Street, 9 Mindhams Yard is available all year round and can sleep up to 5/6 plus cot.

The ground floor consists of a well equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, expresso machine, gas hob & electric oven , A bright dining area and sitting room with a gas stove, 32 flat screen TV, DVD ,video player ,WiFi ,IPod Dock and two comfy sofas.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a light and airy bathroom with bath and shower attachment. Bedroom one is a twin bedded room. Bedroom two can be either a single or twin bedded room and is a walk though room with an option of closing the door which leads to bedroom three stair case. Bedroom three is a large sunny room with king size bed and TV. All beds have feather duvets and pillows. All single beds are 3ft wide. A cot is available on request.

Friday change over.
The property has gas fired central heating.
Available all year round with weekend lets in low season.
Dogs Wellcome. No smoking.

Wells beach is truly a gem of the Norfolk Coast. A row of picturesque, brightly coloured beach huts sit in between the pine forest and the 4 mile stretch of golden sand, some of which are available to hire.
The beach is part of one of the largest nature reserves in the country, and despite its enormous popularity with families from around the UK there is always plenty of space to find a lovely spot to spend a day enjoying the surroundings. Large outcrops of sand dunes separate the main body of the beach from the sea at low tide, though you should listen out for the siren which warns of the rising tide, to avoid being cut off by the tide as it comes back in through a creek that cuts across the beach.

The beach itself is over a mile from the town of Wells itself, and although you can drive down to the dedicated beach car park, many visitors choose to take a ride on the Wells Harbour Railway, a miniature light railway service which runs back and forth from the town to the beach itself.

Wells quay has an abundance of cafes, shops and arcades which in the summer are bustling with families making the most of the seaside experience, whilst closer to the beach the Pinewood holiday centre provides activities such as lake boating, trampolining and crazy golf.

Wells has a large choice of hotels, pubs and restaurants and there are plenty of holiday cottages to rent, and places offering Bed and Breakfast.
