8 Malthouse Court is extremely well equipped to make your holiday a truly pleasurable experience. It has been let by the present owner for over 10 years with many guests coming back in some cases over 6 times! Each year investments are made to improve the accomodation and in 2007 a complete new bathroom and kitchen were fitted and in 2009 all new windows and doors installed including patio doors leading from the lounge diner into the pretty large rear courtyard garden.

The accomodation includes a downstairs cloakroom with toilet, open fire, satilite TV using the Free Sat system, Free BT Wi Fi internet access. Cot and high chair available.

The kitchen equipment includes electric hob, built in oven and grill, washerdryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and ample crockery and cutlery. The kitchen also benefits from ceiling halogen lighting and under unit lighting.

The large lounge diner has a dining table and 6 chairs and in the lounge area a 3 seater sofa with 3 armchairs. Other equipment includes Satilite TV, DVD player, CD, radio, open fire and plenty of table lamps making the room warm and cosy.

All bedrooms are brightly furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage. The 2 main bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

Heating is via night storage heaters with an additional 2 portable oil radiators.

The modern new bathroom is fully tiled with bath over shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Lighting is via halogen ceiling lighting.

All linen and services are included in the weekly rate. Shorter breaks out of season are available by request.

The cottage is just half a mile from the RSPB Titchwell bird reserve and is within easy walking distance.
