An end of terrace cottage set back from road in delightful small coastal village.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor.
Sitting room-dining area-kitchen. Electric cooker, fridge, deep freeze, microwave, washing machine-tumble drier.TV&DVD.
Cloakroom. Conservatory.

First floor.
1 twin-bedded room. 1 single room. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Second floor.
1 twin-bedded room with view over part of harbour and marsh. En-suite bathroom with bath.


OUTSIDE
In front of the cottage is a small lawn and gravelled area. The south facing conservatory at the rear leads to a fully enclosed small terrace, shrub garden and a path to the back gate, beyond which is a gravelled area with parking space for 2 cars.

OTHER INFORMATION
Double glazed. Night storage heaters in the sitting room, kitchen and top bedroom. First floor bedrooms have electric radiators.
Hot water is run from the night storage circuit. There is no telephone.
Bed linen, duvets, are provided BUT please bring own towels.
Please note:No pets and no smoking.

Excellent dinghy sailing in tidal harbour. Good chandlery. Bird watching here also at nearby reserves Titchwell and Holme. Varied walking. Wonderful unspoilt sandy beaches both here and at Holkham. Golf courses within easy reach.

Burnham Market, 2 miles, provides a variety of interesting shops and eating places, including the Hoste Arms. There are other good restaurants and pubs in easy reach, including The Hero in this village.

Nearby stately homes include Blickling and Felbrigg. Holkham Hall with its parkland, lake,
pottery and shops is 2 miles to the east.
Nelson was born at Burnham Thorpe and as a boy walked across the fields to Burnham Overy Staithe. Both the Lord Nelson pub and the church at Burnham Thorpe are worth visiting.
