A newly converted Victorian townhouse, Haydn House comprises of three light and airy apartments and a separate, three bedroom house attached to the rear called 41 Chapel Lane. Each property can be rented individually or combined depending on your requirements and the availability.

46 Chapel Lane comprises of:
Three bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with zip together doubletwo singles, one with two single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the sitting room should the requirement be to sleep the maximum 8 people.
There is a shower room with loo and basin on the first floor and a 2nd bathroom with bath shower mixer and loo and basin on the 2nd floor.
There is a separate kitchen which also includes the dishwasher and washing machine.
The living room comprises of the dining area which seats 6 and two sofas. There is natural wooden flooring throughout the ground floor and in the bathrooms.

The building has been completely renovated to a very high standard and was completed in June 2008 ready for this summer season. It has all the modern conveniences one would expect today including: Freeview, gfch, power showers, kingsize beds, wide screen tv's and a selection of games, CDs and DVDs.

Ideally situated in a quiet residential street, Hadyn House is just a stones throw away from the centre of town and a short walk to the beach.

Hunstanton is great for sailing, kite surfing, canoeing, windsurfing, golf and bird watching. It has wonderful large sandy beaches, perfect for a family holiday.

Parking is possible at the back of 41, Chapel Lane, although the space is small it does suffice for a small to medium size car but not a people carrier or 4x4. Please discuss this when enquiring.
