The accommodation comprises a newly fitted well equiped kitchen offering a dish washer, fridge freezer with a second freezer in the garage. There is a good selection of cooking equipment including full oven, microwave, steamer and toaster with ample other small equipment and serving dishes.

The large well lit lounge diner has ample seating for six and has sky television, a free broadband internet connection and DVD player. The dining area seats six and has matching linen and crockery. The cottage is fully double glazed and heating is a full oil fired central heating system making the cottage warm and comfortable for spring and autumn visits.

There is a downstairs toilet with hand wash basin and a large cloak cupboard with ample storaage for coats, shoes and everyday items.

Upstairs there are three attractively decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a smaller room with a bunk bed. There is ample wardrobe space and drawers for storage. The bathroom has a powershower and storage for personal items.
