Orchard House Annexe is self contained with its own entrance, the annexe is attached to a designer's recently refurbished Edwardian house.

Double bedsitting room with access to own patio area in lovely garden. Fully equipped kitchen/dining in large bright conservatory. Shower room with separate wc.

Flat screen tv with dvd and a selection of world dvds.

Wireless broadband, books and magazines.
Available Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. Also available for longer lets, rent on request.

Vegetarian b & b is also available in the main house. See Orchard House vegetarian b&b on the Glaven Valley website.

We are sorry but the annexe is not suitable for children. We are also a pet free and smoking free zone.

Parking is easy in large drive and we are only a four minute walk from the centre of Holt and a two minute walk from Gresham's School, Art Gallery and Theatre.

Holt is a delightful Georgian town with lots of wonderful shops, antique centres, art galleries, restaurants, pubs and winebars.

The lovely coastal villages of Cley and Blakeney are minutes away by car.

Holt is a picturesque, bustling North Norfolk town. There is a fantastic variety of shops to visit here, almost all of which are unique, independent local businesses.

There is a wealth of boutique clothes shops, several Art Galleries and gift shops as well as cafes, restaurants and bars.

Holt is perhaps at its most attractive over the Christmas period, when the award winning Christmas lights transform the town into a veritable winter wonderland.

Holt Country park has some great walks, and is situated just outside the town.

The Poppy Line, part of the North Norfolk Steam Railway runs from here to the popular seaside town of Sheringham, and just down the hill Letheringsett Watermill offers working viewings of the only flour producing watermill in Norfolk.
