Orchard House Annexe is self contained with it's own entrance, the annexe is attached to a designer's recently refurbished Edwardian house. Double bedsitting room overlooking lovely, peaceful garden full of unusual plants. Fully equipped kitchendining in large bright conservatory. Shower room with separate wc.

We are sorry but the annexe is not suitable for children. We are also a pet free and smoking free zone.
Parking is easy in large drive and we are only a four minute walk from the centre of Holt and a two minute walk from Gresham's School, Art Gallery and Theatre.
